K. Pattabhi Jois

Ashtanga-inspired flow draws from the tradition of the Ashtanga Primary Series,
honoring its structure, breath, and discipline while offering mindful adaptations for accessibility.
Rooted in the essence of Ashtanga, this sequence maintains Sanskrit counts, steady five-breath holds, and a deep connection to tradition—all set to music.
Expect a powerful, rhythmic flow that builds strength, endurance, and focus. This practice builds strength and flexibility while syncing breath, rhythm, and flow. With minimal verbal cues, you’ll be guided by the energy of the music and your own breath, allowing you to fully embody the movement.
