What began as a quiet vision—to weave ballet into yoga, to let music lead the way, to create classes that were not just physical practices but full-bodied, full-hearted journeys—has become something so much bigger than I ever imagined.
From themed series to the subtle integration of Chinese medicine… from qigong, kundalini breathwork, and different styles of yoga to the choreography, the grace, the fire—we built something together. Rooted in presence. In movement. In art. In breath.
Being able to touch the hearts of so many of you has been the greatest gift. Hearing that you signed up for adult ballet classes, that you rediscovered your love for dance and movement—this is exactly why I’ll keep creating. And keep dreaming.
To every soul who stepped onto the mat with me: thank you. Thank you for embracing the Yoga Ballet Fusion method with such openness. For letting it ignite your spark. For growing stronger, softer, more alive with each breath and each plié.
As I prepare to move to Florida, I carry this magical chapter in my heart. I will miss each and every one of you, and I am forever grateful our paths crossed. My deepest hope is to continue expanding what we built—to find the rhythm there and let it grow roots.
I’m so happy we’re connected. And deeply curious to see how this journey continues to unfold.
With love and endless gratitude,
Liron 💜

After an unforgettable chapter sharing LYRI YOGA with the Bay Area community, I'm taking a moment to breathe, reflect, and soak in a sun-kissed summer break.
This fall, I’ll be planting new roots and building LYRI YOGA in Miami.
To my beautiful students and collaborators in California — thank you.
You’ve danced, breathed, and grown with me.
This is not goodbye — it’s a new beginning.
💌 Stay connected for future offerings and updates!
With love and and endless gratitude,
Liron.
